Privacy operations for small and mid-size businesses
See which trackers your website uses and organize your privacy work.
Enter your website: a real browser visits your pages, records every cookie, pixel and third-party request before and after your cookie banner, and names the vendor behind each one. You review it into an inventory you can export.
No account needed: one homepage, up to 5 scans a day, nothing kept beyond 24 hours. Or look at the sample result.
For online shops, SaaS companies and agencies without a privacy team.

Sample data
Example: a made-up shop on a reserved test domain, from Privara's bundled sample scan.Your website talks to more companies than you think.
A theme, a chat widget, a review app and a marketing tag later, a typical small business site loads dozens of third parties. Some set cookies before anyone has clicked your banner. Nobody has the full list, so the cookie policy is a guess and a privacy request turns into a scramble.
Privara gives you the list, keeps it current, and turns it into the records and replies your privacy work needs.
How it works
From your address to a reviewed inventory
Scan with a real browser
Privara visits your pages with scripts running, follows robots.txt, and records every request, cookie, storage key and pixel, then accepts your banner and looks again.
Identify the vendors
A curated, versioned catalog of about 600 domains from 270+ vendors names who each tracker belongs to and what it's for. Anything unknown is flagged for you.
Review and sign off
Accept each suggestion or reclassify it, add notes, and sign off the inventory. Rescans mark what's new, gone or changed.
Use it for the rest
Export a cookie table, build your records of processing from the vendors found, and answer privacy requests on time.
Use cases

Straight answers
What Privara does and doesn't do
- It reports what a browser saw.
- One scan sees the pages it reaches as a first-time visitor. Logged-in areas, other regions and later visits can load different things, so scheduled rescans keep watching.
- Suggestions, not verdicts.
- Vendors come from the catalog; unknowns are flagged, never guessed. A person accepts or changes every item. Privara is not legal advice. It reports what a browser saw and helps you organize the work; you and your advisers decide what applies and whether you comply.
- Your data stays yours.
- Requesters' details are encrypted at rest. The /try scan keeps nothing beyond a day. Export everything or delete the workspace whenever you like.
- Pricing on the page.
- Plans from $39 a month with a 7-day free trial. Limits are hard stops: you're never charged beyond your plan.

Questions
What does Privara do?
Privara scans your website with a real browser, lists every cookie, pixel, storage key and third-party request before and after your cookie banner, and names the vendor behind each from a curated catalog. You review it into a tracker inventory, build records of processing, and handle privacy requests with deadlines.
Is Privara legal advice? Will it make us compliant?
No. Privara reports what a browser saw and helps you organize your privacy work. It never says your site or business complies with a law. You and your advisers decide what applies; the AI and catalog only suggest.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Enter your homepage on the try page and see what a browser loads there, before and after your banner. Up to 5 scans a day, one at a time, and nothing is kept beyond 24 hours. A bundled sample result is there too.
How accurate is the vendor identification?
The catalog matches about 600 domains plus cookie and storage names. A match is a suggestion you accept or change; anything unmatched is flagged as unknown, never guessed. Each scan records the catalog version it used.
Does the scan see everything?
It sees what a first-time visitor's browser loads on the pages it reaches, up to your plan's page cap. Logged-in pages, other regions, A/B tests and later visits can load different things, which is why rescans run on a schedule.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $39 a month, Business $79 and Pro $149, each with a 7-day free trial. Setting up and one small scan are free.
Which deadlines does the request workflow use?
By default GDPR and UK GDPR one month (extendable by two), CCPA/CPRA 45 days (extendable by 45) and CCPA opt-outs 15 business days. You can change them or add your own regime.
Does Privara run a cookie banner on my site?
No. Privara isn't a consent management platform: it checks what your existing banner and site actually do, before and after consent, and documents it.
What happens to requesters' data?
Names, emails and messages are encrypted at rest, visible only to your workspace, and exportable or deletable at any time. Replies go out only after a person on your team approves and sends them.
Who do I contact with questions?
Email clio@new-odyssey.com. A person reads every message.
